IF YOU ARE

  • A holder of a degree in project management, accounting, business administration, or a related field
  • A professional with at least 3 years in expenses reports, particularly reimbursement procedures of government institutions
  • Showing a track record of project management, especially in government institutions (3+ years)
  • A strong professional, capable of working independently, making decisions, and collaborating in a team-oriented environment
  • Familiar with creating office suppliers and managing them, especially invoice payments
  • Confident in daily communication at upper-intermediate English level (written and spoken)


AND YOU WANT TO

  • Contribute to our growth by working in our new office in Chillán
  • Provide administrative support to all office activities, especially in preparing and monitoring expense reports
  • Manage the accounting of projects assigned to the office
  • Organize the reception, dispatch, and filling of incoming documents, and packages
  • Supervise visitors and employees arriving at the office and manage their access
  • Purchase and order necessary office supplies monthly
  • Support the office vendor creation and vendor management, particularly invoice payments
  • Prepare the Country Manager's credit card report
  • Ensure proper office operation
