We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Product Owner to join our dynamic team (known internally as Senior IT Product Owner). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful products in an agile framework. You will be responsible for defining user stories and acceptance criteria, as well as prioritize and maintain our product backlog. The Product Owner will ensure that the development team is executing on the backlog. The Product Owner should be independent, detail oriented, collaborative, and able to adapt to changing use case needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that it is well-defined and organized to facilitate efficient development cycles

• Write clear and detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development teams

• Ensure that the user stories are executed

• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning meetings, reviews, and retros

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

• 5+ years of experience as a product owner, product manager, scrum master, or related function

• 2+ years of experience in AI, Generative AI, data science, ML engineering or related field

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare

• Thorough understanding of agile methodologies, values, practices and patterns

• Experience with Agile Tracking tools, such as Azure Dev Ops (ADO) or Jira

• Advanced facilitation, influencing, and relationship management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field

• Prior experience as an engineer, architect, data science or related technical field

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

 

$104,000 - $143,000 per year

 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
