About The Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Manager to manage product/service lines for federal agency clients. This role requires the ability to assess needs, develop specifications, and oversee product/services throughout their lifecycle, marketing, training and business plan management. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the lifecycle of IT Platform services to be consumed by Application Developers in support of a managed private cloud offering. The position is predominately a remote position with occasional travel as the business directs.
What you will do:
Create a vision for the product/service that delivers value to the customer and the business
Collaborate with client stakeholders, including IT leadership and end users, to thoroughly understand their business needs, goals, and technical requirements.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, security, and support, to ensure seamless execution of technology transitions.
Define and document transition processes, standard operating procedures, and best practices to ensure consistent and efficient technology transitions.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure that the transition aligns with industry standards and security protocols.
Set clear goals and work towards them
Assess the value of each feature and initiative, and create a coherent strategy
Communicate effectively with others, both internally and externally
Stay on top of business and consumer trends and behaviors
Coordinate and communicate with management, product/service teams, and other stakeholders
Gather and conduct research and feedback on the product

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience. An additional 4 years of experience maybe accepted in lieu of th degree.
Minimum of 8 years of experience demonstrating a proven track record in bundling and delivering IT services.
Experience in Microsoft tools
Ability to provide on-site support during critical phases of the transition, demonstrating hands-on leadership and problem-solving skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in team settings to include close collaboration with customers, technical subject matter experts, program managers, proposal managers, and business development teams to determine customer requirements in complex and often ambiguous environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Strong technical aptitude and business acumen
Must be a US Citizen
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Agency Clearance
Desired Qualifications:
Experience supporting federal agencies, with a deep understanding of their unique needs, processes, and compliance requirements.
Experience developing IT service solutions.

Details
Target Salary Range: $86,000 - $138,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
