About The Role

As a growing company, Influx needs high-quality people in roles that match their aspirations and capabilities.

We’re looking for a Recruitment Team Leader from Kenya to join our team.


You will oversee and actively participate in recruitment initiatives, working to meet the staffing needs of our internal stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Planning and managing recruitment projects.
  • Creating solid plans for recruitment projects and monitoring the progress.
  • Upholding high standards throughout the process.
  • Participating in recruitment projects end-to-end.
  • Coordinating with other teams, both internal and external.
  • Contributing to a high-performance and friendly workplace culture.


Qualities We’re Looking For

  • Excellent English, both spoken and written communication.
  • Strong eye for talent in assessing people accurately and objectively.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment
  • Upholding high standards and discipline.
  • Initiative and competence, e.g., you will be telling us what to do, instead of waiting for us to tell you what to do.
  • Bonus points: If you have experience working in BPO companies, working in startups, or managing a small team (1-3 people).
