About The Role

As a growing company, Influx needs high-quality people in roles that match their aspirations and capabilities.

We’re looking for a Recruitment Team Leader from Kenya to join our team.

You will oversee and actively participate in recruitment initiatives, working to meet the staffing needs of our internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Planning and managing recruitment projects.
Creating solid plans for recruitment projects and monitoring the progress.
Upholding high standards throughout the process.
Participating in recruitment projects end-to-end.
Coordinating with other teams, both internal and external.
Contributing to a high-performance and friendly workplace culture.

Qualities We’re Looking For

Excellent English, both spoken and written communication.
Strong eye for talent in assessing people accurately and objectively.
2+ years of experience in recruitment
Upholding high standards and discipline.
Initiative and competence, e.g., you will be telling us what to do, instead of waiting for us to tell you what to do.
Bonus points: If you have experience working in BPO companies, working in startups, or managing a small team (1-3 people).
