Job description

Job Description​

Responsible for build, testing and troubleshooting of complex challenges and issue resolution. This position will work collaboratively with internal customers and external vendors to improve and configure billing software, internal processes and workflows.

This role will also include leading small projects or portions of larger projects. Will be responsible for working with cross-functional teams to drive results and improve processes.

Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.

Apply working knowledge of process improvement methodologies to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness.

Ensure compliance with general IT policies and procedures in all work.

Provide support and training to end users as needed.

The ideal candidate will be certified in some or all of the following: Epic HB Admin, Epic HB Claims/Remittance or Epic Charge Router.
