Job description

Our client is looking for a Sr. SAP HCM/Payroll-Time Analyst for an Audit contract mandate with possible extension.

Start: ASAP
Duration: Part-time for the AUDIT mandate - REN option until end of May 2025 (full time - 40 hours/week)
Location: MONTREAL Preference / Remote can be an option
Language: Bilingual

Description

Audit SAP Payroll and Time Management configurations to ensure compliance with union agreements and labor laws.
Conducting detailed audits of SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management transactions to identify errors, inconsistencies, or compliance issues.
Verifying payroll calculations, time entries, and leave balances against company policies and legal requirements.
Ensuring compliance with tax regulations, union agreements, and labor laws.
Analyzing payroll and time management data to detect patterns, anomalies, or discrepancies.
Investigating and resolving payroll discrepancies, working closely with HR, Finance, and IT teams.
Documenting findings and providing recommendations for process improvements.

Must have Work Authorization for Canada.
