Job Title: SAP Public Cloud Project Manager

Location: Remote (Client is based in the Carolinas, USA)

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 8 to 12 weeks for QA/Assessment + expected extension through Go-Live (2-6 months), and potential follow-on work for 6-12 months

Project: SAP carveout from the parent company's private cloud infrastructure to the client’s own SAP Public Cloud environment

Project Overview

• Immediate need for an experienced SAP Project Manager to join a QA/Assessment phase.
• The SAP program has been delayed, and the assessment will determine the current state and path to Go-Live.
• Go-Live is currently targeted for June, though July or August is more realistic.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Must have a strong ability to manage stakeholders as needed, holding them accountable and escalating concerns to ensure alignment, quality, and timely delivery
• Take charge of the assessment to maintain momentum and clarity, and drive the SAP carveout project from initial evaluation through Go-Live.
• Manage stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables across SAP Public Cloud
• Coordinate with technical teams and business users to ensure successful cutover.
• Support ongoing planning and integration for future M&A activity.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience managing SAP carveout or Public Cloud implementations.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with manufacturing and distribution environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with SPS Commerce and Shopify is a plus.
