Do you have a passion for numbers and a commercial mindset? We're looking for someone to develop and execute the pricing strategy across all destinations to support our business goals. As part of eSky, you'll closely collaborate with the Thomas Cook team in the UK to ensure that our products and services are priced effectively to maximize profits, while keeping an eye on competitors, market trends, and making data-driven decisions.
What will your journey with us look like?
Monitor daily trading data to spot trends, risks, and growth opportunities based on product, price, and promotions.
Track the impact of margin changes, discounts, and campaign spending in collaboration with marketing and product.
Analyze competitor activity and market trends, making recommendations on products and pricing.
Work with suppliers to quickly maximize offers and opportunities.
Coordinate with technical teams to resolve supplier-related issues requiring fixes or updates.
Develop processes to track and manage inventory, ensuring competitive pricing and availability.
Troubleshoot and fix any properties that can’t be booked online.
Present performance updates and key actions in weekly trading meetings.
What will you need to succeed?
Strong knowledge of Tour Operator/Package Holidays with an ability to achieve financial and commercial targets.
Being confident in working with Excel/Google Sheets effectively.
An analytical mind with the ability to interpret data and turn it into clear actions.
Highly organized with great attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to influence key stakeholders.
The ability to organize your work effectively to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
A natural problem-solver with confidence in decision-making.
Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
Fluency in English.
Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI or Looker Studio.
Desirable
Understanding of the Online Travel Agencies market and key competitors.
Knowledge of Bed Bank suppliers.
