Business Process and Risk Analyst

Position Summary

The Business Process & Risk Analyst is responsible for the gathering and analyzing of data to assist Allied’s Sales and Client Executive teams make informed decisions. This includes the collecting, cleaning, and analyzing of large datasets to identify patterns and trends. Clearly presenting complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. In addition, the Business Process & Risk Analyst will partner with Allied’s Sr. Business Process Risk Analyst to identify and assist with department optimization and reporting improvements.

Essential Functions

• Researches and analyzes basic and complex analytics requests. Provides recommendations that support Allied's sales and client executive teams.
• Assists Allied's Senior Business Process & Risk Analyst to complete and present analytics results, executing on Financial Impact Analysis, Allied Advocate Analysis, Allied Health Choice Analysis, Network Performance Comparison Analysis, and Rate Calculators, et al.
• Communicates and works closely with sales/retention and marketing teams to support data-driven decisions to provide strategic insights for prospective/current client health plans.
• Provide network analysis for new/renewal business prospects, collaborating with network partners to share network claims data for appropriate pricing strategies.
• Performs other related duties as assigned
  
  

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree (in Mathematics, Finance, Statistics) or equivalent work experience required.
  
  

Experience And Skills

• 1-2 years of reporting and analysis experience required.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and
