I.T. Manager
The Data Analyst evaluates operational data to support decision-making, using modeling techniques to assess current activities, identify issues, and develop solutions. They test models, validate results, and prepare reports with proposed solutions and alternatives.
Compensation & Benefits:
Estimated Starting Salary Range for
I.T. Manager: $140,000.00
Pay commensurate with experience.
Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.
I.T. Manager Responsibilities Include:
- Provide application support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into system specifications.
- Conduct research and analysis to evaluate system capabilities and recommend optimizations.
- Design and document workflows, processes, and system enhancements.
- Perform application configuration tasks to align with the team's and customer's requirements.
- Liaise with developers, vendors, and IT teams to implement system changes.
- Conduct system and application testing, including user acceptance testing.
- Perform periodic reviews of technical systems and business operations.
- Ensure systems and applications comply with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Implement and maintain application security measures, including user access controls and data protection.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user manuals and training materials.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings to promote collaboration.
- Act as a point of contact between application vendors and the organization.
- Coordinate and provide training to end users.
- Manage multiple projects without direct supervisory responsibilities.
- Handle travel and varied shifts, including on-call duties, as needed.
I.T. Manager Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- 2-4 years of related experience
- Depending on the industry, candidates may also need to have knowledge of specific regulations, standards, or best practices.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills are essential for operations analysts.
