In this role you will be promoting energy efficiency and delivering impactful solutions within the Industrial and OEM environment. You will drive growth by transforming audit insights into sustainable actions, and sales.

YOUR ROLE:
  • Achieve Sales Goals: Turn audit findings into actionable recommendations, helping clients realise real value

  • Promote Energy & Acoustic Efficiency: Present our solutions to support clients' sustainability and operational excellence

  • Build Strategic Relationships: Engage with stakeholders through technical presentations and meetings to strengthen partnerships

  • Advise on Innovative Solutions: Guide clients in energy efficiency and insulation, ensuring they’re informed about our advanced offerings

  • Lead Negotiations: Drive successful contract and pricing negotiations to maximize our market impact

  • Collaborate for Success: Work with internal teams to provide technical support and achieve project goals

  • Expand Market Reach: Identify and pursue new business within the industrial landscape

YOUR PROFILE:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred

  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of B2B direct sales experience in the industrial sector

  • Background: preferably in Insulation, HVAC, or a related industry

  • CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce.com is ideal)

  • Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, self-motivated, with excellent organizational skills

  • Language: Fluent in French and English

  • Mobility: Willingness to travel across France
