Job description

Are you obsessed with the intersection of social media, creator culture, and data-driven innovation? Do you thrive on pushing the boundaries of creator partnerships beyond traditional influencer marketing? If so, we’re looking for a Senior Social Creator Outreach Manager who will lead the charge in redefining creator engagement through the power of Social Search Insights on TikTok and Instagram. 

 

This is not a typical influencer engagement role. We need someone who is hungry to experiment, test, and learn—leveraging data, trends, and performance insights to drive creator collaborations that spark conversations, build communities, and convert audiences.  
 

You'll be the sole architect of our creator strategy, leading the charge in identifying, engaging, and collaborating with top-tier influencers across diverse categories – from lifestyle and music to finance and beyond – primarily on TikTok and Instagram. Your extensive network of Filipino creators, coupled with your analytical prowess and independent work ethic, will be your superpowers as you drive impactful campaigns that capture attention and fuel brand growth.  

 

We’re looking for a strategic doer who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Monthly Content Planning & Strategy 

  • Own the monthly creator engagement strategy, using real-time social search insights to optimize content direction. 
  • Develop compelling creator briefs that align with brand goals and audience behaviors. 
  • Maintain and refine the Creator Content Calendar, ensuring seamless execution across all touchpoints. 
  • Stay ahead of TikTok and Instagram trends, algorithm changes, and audience shifts to inform strategy. 

2. Creator Discovery, Partnerships & Execution 

Before Partnership Confirmation: 

  • Define hyper-targeted audience segments and identify creators who best align with brand objectives across diverse categories (lifestyle, music, finance, and more). 
  • Lead creator research and vetting, ensuring credibility, engagement quality, and audience authenticity. 
  • Build and refine the monthly creator roster, selecting partners who bring both influence and innovation. 
  • Own contract negotiations, defining clear deliverables, timelines, and legal compliance. 
  • Manage product sponsorship and delivery logistics for seamless creator onboarding. 

Upon Partnership Confirmation: 

  • Ensure clear communication of campaign objectives, guidelines, and creative expectations. 
  • Oversee content production, approvals, and feedback loops, ensuring alignment with brand storytelling. 
  • Troubleshoot any executional roadblocks, ensuring campaigns run smoothly from start to finish. 

3. Performance Analysis & Optimization 

  • Manage performance tracking, leveraging data insights to optimize engagement strategies. 
  • Develop a total of:  
  • 5x monthly creator engagement reports (tracking key metrics, sentiment, and ROI). 
  • 1x campaign performance report with insights on audience response and conversion impact. 
  • Present key findings and actionable recommendations to inform future strategies.
