Job Description:
We operate a diverse and dynamic IT infrastructure to support our mission of fostering sustainable development and global volunteer initiatives. With staff based in multiple countries, our operations depend on a blend of systems designed to handle varied needs. Our team utilises both company-issued laptops and personal devices to perform tasks, reflecting  the  flexibility  required  for  international collaboration.  This decentralized IT framework ensures our ability to adapt to local contexts while maintaining global connectivity and security.

We are now looking for a full time (40h/week) IT Administrator with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint knowledge, understanding and experience to join our team.

As our IT Administrator, you will work alongside our teams to maintain, develop and update our Microsoft 365 and SharePoint services. You'll  play  a  crucial  role  in  enhancing  our organization's  IT infrastructure  by utilising automation and design to improve our existing Microsoft  365  workflows  and  SharePoint  sites.  As  a  mission-driven  organisation,  we're seeking a talented individual who shares our passion for using technology to drive positive change.

  • Office 365 Administration:
  • Manage  Office  365  accounts,  including  provisioning,  license  allocation,  and  access controls, while utilizing Power Automate and Power Apps to enhance organizational procedures.
  • Monitor and maintain Office 365 performance and availability via Intune, configuring and  troubleshooting  applications  like  Outlook,  Teams,  OneDrive,  and  SharePoint Online.
  • Ensure data integrity and security through backups and compliance policies, staying updated on features to assist with updates and migrations.
  • SharePoint Management:
  • Design, configure, and maintain SharePoint sites and document libraries, ensuring optimal performance, security, and tailored solutions for departmental needs.
  • Provide user support for permissions, workflows, and customizations, troubleshoot errors, and manage updates or integrations.
  • Monitor SharePoint usage and deliver targeted IT training to enhance user proficiency.
  • IT Helpdesk Support:
  • Act as the primary contact for IT inquiries, resolving hardware, software, and network  issues  while  maintaining  detailed  documentation and a ticketing system.
  • Escalate complex issues as needed and provide user training on IT tools and best practices.
  • Perform system maintenance and updates for end-user devices and peripherals, ensuring compliance with IT policies and procedures.
  • Manage  IT  assets, including inventory tracking and procurement, while providing technical support for remote employees.
  • Additional Responsibilities may include:
  • Provide Administrative support across other organization systems including but not limited to Zoho One, BreatheHR, and Xero.




Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
  • Strong  understanding  and  experience  with  Microsoft  365  services  and  applications, including but not limited to SharePoint  Online, Exchange Online, Microsoft  Teams, Intune and Defender
  • Strong understanding of Power Automate and PowerShell scripting for Microsoft 365 administration
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity and compliance features within Microsoft 365
  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
