Job description

This is a remote position.

This client is a boutique consulting firm located in Austin, TX. We serve B2B software companies and Private Equity companies through building alignment on growth strategy and driving go-to-market execution. This includes GTM diagnostics, helping companies align on their unique market differentiation, account segmentation, defining ideal customer profiles, sales playbooks, and sales operating cadences. This remote position supports consulting engagements for clients based in North America and reports to our GTM Analytics Director.


They would be working on large-scale transformations for B2B SaaS companies, responsible for:

  • Owning the change management workstream and change strategy for large-scale GTM transformation.

  • Recommending client communications strategy and support drafting comms.

  • Setting up feedback loops within the organization to drive buy-in.

  • Helping to identify and enable change advocates.

  • Training and enabling initiative owners/teams on systems, tools, and processes.

  • Helping to identify risks, set up escalation paths, and form risk mitigation plans.

  • Train client resources on change management best practices and build their capabilities.

  • Set up processes and systems to enable visibility of cross-functional interdependencies and remove friction for initiative teams.

  • Supporting leadership enablement.


Requirements
  • Supporting or leading large-scale ($200M+ ARR) transformation in B2B Tech. 

  • 4+ years in change management; formal methodology training a plus (Prosci, etc.).

  • 4+ years in program management (systems, tools, processes, building charters, project plans, field enablement best practices).

  • Understand key GTM KPIs in SaaS (ARR, NRR, GRR, CAC to LTV, etc.)

  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized.

  • Operates well under pressure, and deadlines, and is accountable to milestones.

  • High emotional intelligence.

  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and managing multiple initiatives at once.

  • Strong communication skills and executive presence.
