Your mission
- Customer claim contact person and first onsite technical failure analysis
- Coordinating internal customer complains root cause research and preventive action implementation
- Responsible for local pre-sales technology supporting, technical contact person for customer requests confirmation
- Support sales and marketing with technical input.
- Reporting weekly activities and customer requests to senior.
- Prepare technical product documentations and presentations ( do technical translation as when required)
- Attend shows and conferences to feedback market trends.
