Vice President of Growth and Revenue for Handyman Remodeling Company

Areas of oversight include all major growth aspects of our business, including Sales, Lead Generation, Sales Recruiting, and Vendor Recruiting and Management.
We have a sales process that is working well for our unique service, and recently, we began developing a new platform (sister service) that we believe will significantly boost sales and skyrocket our business 10x. We need an exceptional individual to help lead this endeavor and become a part of our leadership team.
About Our Business and Business Model
We have a unique opportunity through our sister company, Fusion Growth Partners. Fusion Growth Partners is a comprehensive business solution for top-producing real estate agents in most major metropolitan areas in the United States. Fusion provides a process to market to the real estate agents' spheres of influence at a significant level to help them generate business. As a result, there is a massive volume of handyman, remodeling, and home services referrals from these agents, and we have launched FGP Home Services to capture this business. Currently, we are licensed in eight states and are already generating significant opportunities.
Our innovative model allows us to hire real estate agents as legitimate W2 salespeople to represent our home services company. This enables them to leverage their relationships within their database and earn additional income in a RESPA-compliant manner.
Everyone benefits from this arrangement. Clients can rely on someone they know and trust, rather than hiring an unknown service from the internet. Real estate agents are compensated for generating business—something not permissible under RESPA laws for independent contractors. Meanwhile, FGP Home Services secures the work.
Our target area is handyman services and basic remodeling jobs. High-end projects or jobs requiring specialized equipment are referred to other providers.
Currently, we work with over 750 real estate clients and market to nearly 400,000 individuals combined. We expect to hire hundreds of agents as salespeople and gain permission to market directly to their spheres of influence and past clients.

We are looking for an executive leader with successful, extensive experience in Home Service Sales, Marketing, Recruiting, Operations, and Management.
The primary responsibilities will focus on all aspects of growth, sales, marketing, and executing the overall strategy.

This is a remote position; however, you will need to travel to our office in Stuart, Florida (30 minutes north of Palm Beach, Florida) at least once a month.
