Digital Coordinator is a driven self-starter who loves all aspects of digital distribution - from loading digital campaigns, building eDM campaigns, analytics reporting or troubleshooting HTML code to pressing the send button. Digital Coordinator work most closely with the Digital Operations Manager and Marketing Manager to support our existing email coordinator and digital traffic coordinator

• Support the marketing team with the execution of email marketing campaigns.
• Manage campaigns for clients across a wide range of websites, handling up to 100 campaigns per week.
• Follow up with clients to obtain creative materials as needed.
• Manage sales team expectations, assisting them in understanding available campaign options.
• Assist the ad services team in delivering campaigns across advertising channels.
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail while adhering to established processes.
• Execute day-to-day email marketing tasks, including basic HTML coding, testing, and launching campaigns (promotional offers, transactional messages, triggered campaigns).
• Coordinate with internal staff and external clients to ensure proper management of ad campaigns.
• Understand or have the ability to learn marketing automation and campaign setup.
• Maintain strong administrative skills, recognizing the impact of mistakes or missing information on the business and its stakeholders.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Experience loading and running eDM campaigns through Mailchimp or similar platforms.
• Experience working with Salesforce.
• Experience with Mailchimp.
