Job Requirements:

  • 2.5+ years proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role with end-consumers. 
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, including prospecting, lead generation, and consultative selling. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and build trust. 
  • Persuasive negotiation skills and the ability to overcome objections. Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets. 
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools to manage leads, opportunities, and bookings. 
  • Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced, consumer-focused environments.

Core responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential customers within the target market. 
  • Generate leads through outbound prospecting activities such as cold calling, emailing, and networking.
  • Handle inbound calls to qualify customer needs and make bookings. 
  • Conduct needs assessments to understand customer challenges, preferences, and goals. 
  • Present tailored solutions and product offerings to match customer requirements. 
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to secure sales while ensuring customer satisfaction. 
  • Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and bookings, providing regular performance updates to management.
