Job Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 5 years Proven SME experience with advanced SEO, specifically within the healthcare or related industries, with a focus on on-page, off-page, and content SEO.
Healthcare Industry Expertise: Proven ability to manage SEO for healthcare clients, with an understanding of the regulatory and privacy challenges within this sector.
Content Creation Skills: Experience in writing and optimizing content for SEO purposes, including familiarity with topic research and keyword placement.
WordPress & SEO Tools Mastery: Proficient in using WordPress and SEO plugins (e.g., Yoast, RankMath) for content optimization and site performance improvement.
Backlink Strategy & Outreach Expertise: Demonstrated experience in acquiring quality backlinks and managing guest posting campaigns.
SEO Auditing & Reporting: Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs for SEO auditing, keyword tracking, and reporting.
Adaptability & Scalability: Ability to start part-time with a clear growth trajectory towards a full-time role, capable of handling multiple client sites as the workload increases.

Core responsibilities:

On-Page SEO Optimization: Implement advanced on-page SEO tactics including meta tags, headings, internal linking, and schema markup, optimizing for speed and mobile usability.
Off-Page SEO & Backlinking: Develop a comprehensive off-page SEO strategy, focusing on quality backlink acquisition, guest posting, and creating a diverse backlink profile.
Content Writing for SEO: Create and optimize high-quality SEO articles and blog posts, using AI-assisted tools where applicable, to drive traffic and boost search rankings.
Keyword Research & Topic Analysis: Conduct detailed keyword research and competitive analysis to ensure content addresses relevant, high-traffic topics while avoiding repetition of previous subjects.
SEO Audits & Reporting: Regularly perform site audits and provide actionable recommendations for improvement. Track key SEO metrics (e.g., organic traffic, keyword ranking) and prepare performance reports.
SEO Strategy for Multiple Sites: Oversee SEO initiatives for multiple client websites, ensuring that each site adheres to best SEO practices and stays up to date with Google algorithm updates.
Client Coordination & Strategy Implementation: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs, tailor SEO strategies accordingly, and ensure alignment with broader digital marketing efforts.
