Min 3.5 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the healthcare sector. Expertise in managing Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram platforms. Strong content creation skills, including copywriting and basic graphic design. Familiarity with APRA guidelines and healthcare marketing compliance. Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics). Ability to develop engaging and informative social media content. Basic design and video editing capability and familiarity with associated software

Core responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Creation: Develop and execute engaging content tailored for Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Social Media Management: Oversee daily posting, scheduling, and monitoring of social media accounts. Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Brand Awareness: Implement strategies to grow our social media following and increase engagement. Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with marketing objectives. Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategy. Compliance & APRA Guidelines: Ensure all social media content adheres to Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) guidelines and healthcare marketing regulations. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and healthcare teams to align messaging and promotions.
