Job Requirements:

2.5+ years proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing storytelling skills.
Proficiency in industry-standard software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro.
Deep understanding of visual composition, pacing, and narrative structure.
Ability to work with creative briefs and translate them into engaging visual content.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
Experience with color grading, audio editing, and motion graphics is a plus.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.

Core responsibilities:

Collaborate with directors, producers, and content creators to understand project goals and deliver compelling visual narratives.
Edit raw footage into polished, professional videos using advanced editing software, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
Incorporate storytelling elements, such as pacing, transitions, and sound design, to enhance viewer engagement.

Source and integrate music, sound effects, and voiceovers to elevate video quality.
Ensure all content meets technical requirements for various platforms, including web, social media, and broadcast.
