• Relevant Experience: 2.5+ years of demonstrable experience in video editing, preferably with a portfolio that demonstrates sill. 
• Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in industry-standard video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe After Effects. 
• Creative Storytelling: Strong ability to craft engaging narratives through video, with excellent attention to detail in both visuals and sound. 
• Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of color grading, audio mixing, motion graphics, and visual effects to enhance overall video quality. 
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and understand client needs. 
• Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
• Adaptability and Initiative: A proactive mindset with the ability to quickly learn new techniques and tools, ensuring innovative and up-to-date content creation.

Core responsibilities:

• Edit and Assemble Footage: Transform raw footage into polished, high-quality video content that resonates with small and medium business audiences. 
• Enhance Visuals: Integrate graphics, animations, sound effects, and music to elevate the overall quality and impact of each video. 
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business owners, marketing teams, and content creators to understand project goals and ensure the final product aligns with each brands vision. 
• Maintain Brand Consistency: Apply and adhere to specific branding guidelines to ensure consistency in style, tone, and messaging across all video content. 
• Optimize for Multiple Platforms: Tailor and format videos for various platforms, including social media, websites, and presentations, ensuring optimal quality and performance. 
• Manage Projects Efficiently: Organize video assets, manage timelines, and prioritize tasks to deliver projects within tight deadlines without compromising quality. 
• Stay Current with Trends: Continuously update your skills and knowledge on the latest video editing techniques, software updates, and industry trends to keep our content fresh and competitive.
