As a valued Technical Services Engineer, you will collaborate directly with the Technical Manager within a close-knit team of technical experts. Your role will be pivotal in our technical operations, encompassing the critical tasks of reviewing and maintaining on-wing aircraft component performance while implementing cost-effective control techniques. The overarching objective is to enhance business profitability through your analytical prowess, technical expertise, and industry knowledge.

What you will be doing

  • Cultivate strong relationships with vendors and customers to enhance business line profitability.

  • Expertly identify and communicate technical considerations during commercial and customer discussions and negotiations.

  • Ensure rigorous enforcement of regulations, fostering awareness across all sections of the business.

  • Vigilantly monitor the on-wing performance of aircraft components.

  • Offer support for internal technical inquiries, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Identify opportunities for optimizing direct maintenance cost per flight hour performance, including evaluating and proposing investments in reliability improvements.

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of removal data and generate reliability reports for customers. Represent the company in Engineering Meetings with a focus on effective communication and collaboration.
