Job description

The AI startup Xayn develops Noxtua, Europe’s first sovereign Legal AI. Noxtua helps lawyers analyze and draft legal documents and research legal questions while being legally competent and compliant. Hosted in the EU, Noxtua meets high standards of confidentiality in handling client data, professional secrecy (e.g. Section 203 German Criminal Code, Section 43e German Federal Code for Lawyers), and European data protection. Noxtua is powered by specialized proprietary AI models. The models are trained with high-quality legal data provided by the Legal AI Alliance which the tech startup Xayn initiated with the international business law firm CMS. This makes Noxtua the secure, independent, and specialized European Legal AI.    

The Berlin-based AI company Xayn was born out of research at Oxford University and Imperial College London by Dr Leif-Nissen Lundbæk and Professor Michael Huth. Founded in 2017, Xayn’s academic vision remains, with a workforce comprised of approx. 30% PhDs. The startup has received investment funding of 19.5 million EURO from Global Brain Corporation, KDDI Open Innovation Fund, Earlybird, and Dominik Schiener.

Mission & Vision

As a Product Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you’ll shape how Noxtua — our Legal AI solution — is positioned, understood, and embraced by the market. Sitting at the intersection of product, marketing, and sales, you’ll ensure our messaging is clear, our materials impactful, and our product visible in the right places. 

Your Team

You’ll work at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and Sales, collaborating closely with teams across the company to ensure seamless communication and alignment. You’ll play a key role in connecting these areas, ensuring that product messaging is clear, go-to-market strategies are executed effectively, and sales teams are fully supported with the right tools and content. Your contributions will help shape the way Noxtua is positioned in the market and support all theams with consistent product messaging. 

Your Hiring Manager

You’ll be working closely with Nils, our VP Legal Operations and Legal Sales. With a legal background and extensive experience in the legal tech space, Nils bridges the gap between legal expertise and product strategy. He brings a deep understanding of legal workflows and user needs and is passionate about building AI solutions that truly support legal professionals in their daily work. 

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop clearly differentiated product positioning and messaging based on market research and customer insights to position Noxtua effectively in the legal tech space. 
  • Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for product and feature launches in close collaboration with product, sales, and PR teams. 
  • Create impactful sales and customer success enablement materials such as slide decks, demo scripts, onboarding assets, and objection-handling content. 
  • Drive content creation by writing blog posts, newsletters, case studies, webinars, white papers and other lead-nurturing materials that communicate product value. 
  • Analyze trends, conduct customer and market research, and build relationships with analysts and industry experts to strengthen Noxtua’s market presence. 
  • Support Noxtua’s visibility by identifying relevant channels and events and collaborate with the other communication teams to ensure consistency across all external communications. 

Requirements

  • 3–4+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, or a related role — ideally with at least 1 year specifically as a Product Marketing Manager 
  • A background in B2B tech, especially in industries where compliance and trust are key (e.g., legal tech, fintech, tax tech) 
  • Strong storytelling skills and hands-on experience in creating content for diverse formats and audiences 
  • A strategic mindset combined with the ability to execute operationally 
  • Excellent written and spoken English (C1+); fluency in German or other European languages is a strong plus 
  • A degree in business, marketing, communication, law, IT, or a related field
