The Role
Working closely with our VP of Go to Market, Leah Mahtani, you’ll be a creative producer who will lead the development and production of Heidi advertising and creative content globally.
What you’ll do:
Lead the development and production of engaging advertising and creative content that brings Heidi’s voice, story and impact to life.
Build and manage a high-performing creative team including video editors, designers, writers, and producers both internal and external.
Collaborate with marketing, go to market, product and clinical teams to translate complex ideas into accessible and emotionally resonant narratives.
Manage global content shoots and campaigns, from pre-production through to post.
Maintain creative excellence and brand consistency across all channels.
Deliver creative at a rapid pace, always accelerating and scaling production.
Explore innovative formats to connect with clinicians, partners, and patients alike.
What we will look for:
Proven experience leading creative production in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
A track record of storytelling that blends emotional resonance with technical clarity.
Experience managing multidisciplinary creative teams and external production partners.
Strong visual and editorial instincts, with deep familiarity across video, social, digital, and experiential media.
A hands-on mindset with a passion for experimentation and detail.
Data fluency and a rigorous approach to analyzing content performance and informing creative direction.
Excellent people skills, you’ll be in front of our best, most important customers
Bonus: familiarity with healthcare, AI, or clinical settings.
