Global Program & Transformation Lead, Delivery Operations

Role Overview:

This role is responsible for driving a comprehensive programmatic transformation across the new, Delivery Operations (DO) organization. This includes establishing and executing a strategic framework that enables organizational transformation from the ground up, ensuring alignment with global priorities and local implementation across Operating Units (OUs).


Key Responsibilities:

  • Programmatic Setup: Develop and implement a full programmatic approach for transformation, focusing on strategic planning and toolkit development for OUs to leverage in executing their transformation plans.
  • Strategic Integration: Collaborate with Global and Regional PMOs to ensure the integration and alignment of various functional projects, including sales and field operations, within the broader transformation agenda.
  • Toolkit and Governance Development: Build and implement a comprehensive toolkit and global governance framework to support OUs in their transformation efforts, ensuring consistency and standardization across the organization.
  • Program Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of the DO Roadmap, coordinating with OU DO leaders to ensure their plans are comprehensive and aligned with overall transformation objectives.
  • Interdependency Management: Identify and manage interdependencies, integration, and implementation plans in partnership with transformation teams, ensuring seamless execution across OUs.
  • Implementation Support: Provide guidance and problem-solving support to OUs during implementation phases, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and troubleshooting roadblocks to maintain progress.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work alongside senior leaders to secure executive alignment and prioritization and ensure effective communication and change management throughout the transformation process.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor implementation progress against key performance indicators, maintaining focus on DO baseline and value realization, and ensure business continuity and risk mitigation.
  • Coaching and Support: Support and coach OU leads in implementing project plans, fostering a customer-focused approach, and integrating change management and communication strategies

What You Will Need to be Successful:

  • Extensive experience in leading large-scale, multi-functional transformation programs, with a proven track record of navigating complex organizational landscapes.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to operate at both high-level strategy and detailed implementation levels.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working alongside executive leadership teams.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement governance frameworks and toolkits to support organizational transformation.
  • Experience in managing interdependencies and integration across diverse functions and regions.
