Job description

Overview:

  • Workstyle: Remote, Work From Almost Anywhere

  • Reports to: Chris Bowen, Manager, Customer Success

  • Travel Expectations:  Minimal travel required

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in merchandise management, promotional products, or a related field

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to break down tasks, anticipate roadblocks, and manage timelines

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact across all levels of an organization

  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for building relationships and ensuring a high-quality customer experience

  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to adjust artwork and create mockups

  • Knowledge of the promotional merchandise industry, including apparel, design, and sourcing best practices

  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Compensation:

We are committed to providing pay transparency and equitable compensation.

  • For this salaried exempt position is $65,000 - $75,000. Placement within the range is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to: knowledge, skills, years & depth of experience, and equity with internal team members.

What you’ll do:

  • Act as the primary merchandise expert for customers, providing recommendations, quotes, and product mockups based on their needs

  • Work closely with the Customer Merchandise Manager team to provide seamless support and guidance to customers

  • Create and manage customer libraries and kits within the Printfection platform

  • Research and introduce new promotional products, collaborating with vendors worldwide

  • Lead client meetings virtually and onsite, presenting curated product selections tailored to their brand and objectives

  • Assist customers via email, Zendesk, and video chat, ensuring quick response times and a best-in-class support experience

  • Monitor stock levels and project timelines to ensure the on-time delivery of merchandise campaigns

  • Act as a conduit for customer feedback, sharing insights with internal teams to improve the overall merchandise experience

How you’ll be measured:

  • Customer satisfaction (NPS scores) – Ensuring positive feedback and strong customer relationships

  • Revenue growth – Expanding customer accounts and driving increased merchandise sales

  • Account expansion and referrals – Strengthening client trust and increasing engagement

  • Response times – Providing timely and effective customer support
