Mental Health Clinician (Provisionally and Fully Licensed)

This is a remote position.

We're seeking passionate psychotherapists who thrive on meaningful client work and want to join a supportive, growth-oriented practice. We provide a steady referral stream tailored to your niche, educational opportunities, and weekly consultation meetings. We expect availability for two evening sessions until 7 pm or one evening plus one weekend day to serve our community's needs.

Candidates must be licensed or license-eligible in Massachusetts, with supervision provided at no cost for those working toward licensure. Our practice stands apart by investing in our team members, fostering a positive environment, and maintaining high standards of clinical care. Requirements

We Are Looking For You If You:

• Love doing psychotherapy. Your clients and the work you do together energizes you.
  

• Don’t want to worry about where your next client is coming from. We’ve got you covered with a steady stream of referrals.
  

• Want to work with clients who are a good fit for your practice niche. We will support you in finding your niche and then tailor your client assignments so we are hitting your sweet spot.
  

• Have a passion for learning and growing as a person and a professional. Being the best takes work, we know that and support you with educational stipends and in-house trainings.
  

• Know that we need to support one another to be successful. We don’t do negativity or drama.
  

• Value being part of a team. We invest a lot into our team members and are looking for individuals who want to work for a practice that cares.

• Are available to work two evenings until 7 pm or one evening and one weekend day. We focus on meeting the needs of all our community members and after school and work are the most requested times for therapy.

• Are licensed or license eligible in the State of Massachusetts. We have weekly consultation meetings to support our clinical team members and offer supervision toward licensure at no cost for our license eligible team members.
