About:

The company focuses on business coaching and provides cutting-edge CPD training for equine professionals and animal therapists. Through expert-led courses, hands-on workshops, and industry-leading events, we empower our community to thrive. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing remote team and help build our online presence and client journey.

About the Role:

We’re seeking a proactive and organized Digital Marketing Manager with a flair for visual content and a strong grasp of social engagement strategy. The ideal candidate will be confident using GoHighLevel (GHL/Genie AI), capable of managing multi-channel content, and highly responsive to the evolving needs of our audience and campaigns.

This role combines content creation, community management, and GHL-based automation and campaign tasks. You’ll collaborate closely with the founder and support team to execute daily and weekly marketing goals, automate communications, and ensure the smooth running of digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media & Content Creation
  • Develop and implement content strategies across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

  • Create and schedule compelling social media posts with strong visuals and copy.

  • Design assets using Canva or similar tools, with engaging captions and targeted hashtags.

  • Monitor trends and analytics to optimize performance and engagement.

  • Respond to comments and DMs to nurture community interaction.

  • Work with team members (e.g., Amiee) to gather and post client story content weekly.

2. Email Marketing & Campaign Management (via GHL)
  • Recreate and manage Q2 email content from templates (e.g., April physio emails).

  • Segment and tag email lists (e.g., Conference attendees, practitioners, non-practitioners).

  • Set up and manage Conference and Easter email campaigns.

  • Ensure opt-out mechanisms are functional for segmented audiences.

  • Clean up contact lists (e.g., unsubscribe old horse care-only subscribers).

  • Report on open rates and unsubscribe metrics (e.g., Q1 campaign and Elevate email performance).

3. Marketing Automation & Platform Maintenance
  • Use Genie AI (GHL) to manage calendars, reminders, email flows, and forms.

  • Link SMS and WhatsApp notifications for calendar events (WhatsApp Business if needed).

  • Clean up and redirect old Conference sales pages, retaining only this version.

  • Upload weekly email content and client contracts with automated follow-ups.

  • Check and refine prospect journeys and automation triggers.

  • Set up new opt-ins (e.g., Elevate freebie), and update sales pages (e.g., speaker photos, thank-you pages).

4. General Admin & Coordination
  • Assist in podcast campaign setup and affiliate outreach (e.g., Conference partners).

  • Manage document updates, email signature changes, and automation reviews.

  • Coordinate with the team to track and complete any unfinished tasks from prior weeks.

Requirements

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with design platforms (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Understanding of social media advertising and SEO best practices
  • Familiarity with the equine, veterinary, or animal therapy industries is a bonus
  • Experience using Trello and Google Workspace for team collaboration
