About the Opportunity

We are looking for an enthusiastic Buyer Success Representative to support our APAC region who is responsible for calling on buyers who have registered interest in a specific deal. 

The key purpose of this position is to call each buyer and communicate with each buyer for an assigned set of deals. You are responsible for triaging the buyer to ascertain interest, by providing key points about the business and ultimately, asking the buyer if they are still interested and whether they would like to speak with a Broker.

This position will be based remotely in Manila, Philippines and will report to our Philippines based Team Leader within Flippa’s Finance team. 

As Buyer Success Representative - APAC you will get to:

  • Understand the world of digital real estate and the motivations behind our customers, in particular our buyer community
  • Contact each buyer for an assigned set of deals
  • Triage buyers to ascertain interest in the business listed on Flippa’s marketplace
  • Provide key points about the business and ask the buyer if they are interested and whether they would like to speak to a Broker.
  • Predict the needs, questions, and hurdles presented by our buyers and proactively address them
  • Work closely with the brokers and sales team to ensure a coordinated and effective team selling effort
  • Foster relationships with Flippa’s buyer community
  • Communicate buyer needs and feedback back to the business
  • Help drive customer advocacy, referrals and a positive NPS score and customer satisfaction
  • Attend daily team meetings, weekly virtual company-wide meetings, and virtual meetings ad-hoc.

Measures of Success:
a) Call every buyer for an assigned set of deals
b) Email every buyer for an assigned set of deals

To be successful, you will have:

  • Preference for 2+ years as an outbound telemarketer for a complex sale, i.e. enterprise or B2B SaaS
  • Prior experience working in a customer-facing role. You will have a customer centric mindset, with a focus on creating repeatable, positive customer experiences
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of comfort talking to customers/buyers of all levels
  • You are a quick learner who can work effectively in an ever-changing startup environment
  • You are proactive and have excellent time management skills
  • You will enjoy working as part of a team to collaborate cross functionally in the customers best interests
  • You are an ambitious, motivated, self starter with plenty of energy
  • You are a results-oriented individual who is excited by the prospect of fuelling the continued growth and success of Flippa
