Job Summary:

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Director of Partnerships to lead the development and execution of a high-impact partner ecosystem for our fast-growing cybersecurity company. This individual will play a critical role in expanding our presence in the Exposure Management space by building and nurturing strategic relationships with technology partners, system integrators, MSPs, and key industry influencers. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with a strong track record of driving revenue growth, enhancing market reach, and delivering customer success through collaborative partnerships and innovative go-to-market strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a partnership strategy aligned with Securin’s mission to dominate Exposure Management
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-impact partners, including tech vendors, resellers, and System integrators, to expand our solution’s footprint
  • Create pipeline with partners 
  • Leverage cloud marketplace experience for partnerships to maximize visibility, streamline deal flow, and drive adoption through platforms like AWS Marketplace, Azure Marketplace, or Google Cloud Marketplace
  • Negotiate and manage alliance agreements, ensuring mutual value, clear KPIs, and seamless execution
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to integrate partner capabilities into our go-to-market engine
  • Drive joint marketing initiatives, co-branded campaigns, and thought leadership events to elevate brand authority
  • Own partner enablement—equip allies with training, tools, and insights to champion our Exposure Management platform
  • Track and report partnership performance, optimizing for revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention
  • Embrace and lead with an AI first mentality to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and scale


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA or other advanced degree is a plus
  • 8+ years of experience in partnership or alliance management
  • 6+ years of direct experience in technology or cybersecurity industry
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling partner ecosystems that generate measurable revenue growth
  • In-depth knowledge of Exposure Management, Vulnerability Management, or related cybersecurity domains (preferred)
  • Willingness to travel as needed to build and maintain strong partner relationships (50% or more)
