What we are looking for - Paper Street Media, LLC is hiring for a FULL-TIME Social Media Creative Strategist. The Social Media Creative Strategist's primary role is overseeing a company’s interactions with the public by implementing social media platforms’ content strategies. The duties include analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions, and planning digital campaigns to build community online, contributing to brand awareness, brand love, and subscriber conversion. Also, engage our community through comments and direct messaging, which includes the performing talent. This job is a remote position.

Social Media Marketing:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive social media content calendars tailored to studio and marketing needs, aligning with promotional goals.
  • Interpret brand strategies, goals, and campaigns, adapting them to social media planning and activations.
  • Create actionable plans to grow and maintain social media followers.
  • Find new content and engagement opportunities by staying in tune with the industry.
  • Coordinate with the Creative team and content writers to develop content calendars, including image sourcing and copywriting.
  • Participate in organic social media strategy and develop out-of-the-box ideas to build brands on and beyond social platforms.
  • Stay updated on all social media platforms and related blogs to ensure content is timely and on track.
  • Provide copywriting guidance to the team and ensure all content reflects brand voice and values.
Community Management:
  • Lead community management, scheduling, and engagement on all platforms, emphasizing Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
  • Supervise and coordinate community managers to ensure smooth and efficient platform management.
  • Manage comments and collect customer feedback from all channels and platforms.
  • Lead interactions between fans and the brand, fostering a positive community experience.
  • Ensure questions, comments, and related opportunities are addressed with speed, judgment, and alignment with brand values.
  • Coordinate model communication efforts on social media, ensuring all interactions align with marketing strategies and community expectations.
Reporting & Metrics Delivery:
  • Analyze social data to support strategic and executional recommendations.
  • Deliver detailed performance reports and metrics to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies to optimize performance.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Determine optimal posting times and schedule content accordingly.
  • Collaborate with other teams for ad-hoc projects and initiatives.
Must Haves:
  • 3 - 5 years of social media management experience developing and executing a social media marketing strategy.
  • Familiarity with FB Analytics, Instagram, Google Analytics, and scheduling platforms.
  • Impressive online writing skills.
  • Maintain a keen editor’s eye with copy and creativity.
  • Strong attention to detail with grammar and spelling mistakes.
  • Be available to engage on social media in real time with an “always on” attitude.
  • Familiarity with MS Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Intermediate skill level in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Flexibility and adaptability are key to building the role and the area, along with good people skills.

Add-on Experiences:

  • Project management experience.
