The Account Executive II (Europe) role is responsible for building pipeline within an assigned territory and closing business within assigned accounts
This will include outbound prospecting and working on inbound leads, detailed qualification and discovery, clearly articulating a value proposition and leveraging MEDDPICCR to navigate the customer’s core objectives and buying priorities.
The impact you'll have:Take ownership of an assigned enterprise territoryTake personal ownership of pipeline generation activity, resulting in 3x coverage against quota from new logosManage and progress medium enterprises through the full sales cyclePresent and demonstrate the Axonify solution to potential prospects via electronic presentation or limited travel as appropriateAssist with marketing campaigns such as trade shows, webinars, website visits and referral inquiries (travel may be required)Create proposals and quotations for qualified prospectsTrack activities in Salesforce and work with management to create a sales growth plan.Monitor competition and marketplace informationMaintain professional and technical knowledge through ongoing training, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societiesGain influence and gather stakeholder support among various buying personas within a single dealManage the negotiation and contract process on deals within the range of $100,000 to $500,000; seek guidance on unique deal circumstances, escalating as necessary What you'll bring:3-5 years previous sales experience selling enterprise software solutionsTrack record of success in a fast-paced, high performance environmentComfortable owning a customer journey from target account to deal closureExperienced in building territory plans and account plans that drive activity and outcomes within your target accountsDemonstrated experience using a solution-selling approach selling SaaS softwareA record of achievement and technical solution expertise in a comparable sales roleExcellent written and verbal communication, listening and negotiation skillsSelf-motivated, goal oriented, with proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goalsDemonstrable experience in developing client relationships, prospecting and negotiation skills, with the ability to take routine or modular deals through to closeConfidence to manage pipeline from a variety of sources, inbound and outboundDemonstrated presentation skills

Work location:
You will have the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the Greater London area and surrounding counties, with the possibility to meet the team in London when needed. You will be provided with the tools, resources and support to ensure success regardless of where you physically work.
