What's the role about? 💻

As our new Head of Partnerships, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of Eletive’s partner ecosystem. You’ll be stepping into an exciting phase where we’re laying the foundation for how we work with partnerships long-term—both strategically and hands-on.

This is a new and high-priority initiative for us—one we truly believe will play a key role in our future growth. You’ll take the lead in building and evolving our approach to partnerships, with the opportunity to turn ideas into impact and lay the groundwork for a scalable, sustainable partner model.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product to activate collaborations that expand our reach, drive revenue, and support our mission of helping more HR teams and employees thrive. While this is a hands-on role with a high degree of ownership, you’ll be part of a supportive and ambitious team that's excited to build this journey together.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Owning and executing Eletive’s partner strategy from scratch
  • Identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships across relevant verticals
  • Driving revenue through partner-generated leads and co-selling initiatives
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing and Product to activate integrations and co-marketing activities
  • Creating partner onboarding processes, enablement materials, and go-to-market strategies
  • Tracking, analyzing, and optimizing the performance of partnership initiatives
  • Acting as a trusted point of contact for our partners, ensuring long-term mutual value
To thrive in the role we believe that you … 🌟
  • Have a relevant education in business, sales, marketing or a related field.
  • Have solid experience in building and executing successful partnership strategies in a SaaS environment.
  • Have a strong background in B2B sales, preferably within tech or HR tech.
  • Are entrepreneurial, strategic, and excited about building something from the ground up.
  • Are comfortable being hands-on and working independently to get things done, while also collaborating closely with other teams.
  • Bonus if you also bring experience in marketing or have worked closely with marketing teams.
  • Are fluent in English. Swedish is a plus but not mandatory.

This role requires authorization to work in Sweden as it’s based in Sweden. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time, but we welcome applications from everyone eligible to work in the EU.
