About the role
The Senior Manager – Enterprise Applications (Workday & ServiceNow) plays a crucial leadership role in aligning enterprise systems with strategic business goals. This individual will lead a team responsible for the development, optimization, and management of core business applications. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Workday and ServiceNow, which are essential for this role.
You will lead enterprise-wide initiatives involving these platforms and ensure seamless integration and high adoption across business functions, especially within HR and Finance operations.
key tasks
Lead the enterprise applications team in managing business-critical systems, with a focus on Workday and ServiceNow.
Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for enterprise applications that prioritizes Workday and ServiceNow optimization and expansion
Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure these systems support evolving business requirements.
Oversee implementations, upgrades, and system integrations while minimizing disruption and maximizing adoption.
Maintain compliance, data integrity, and performance standards for Workday and ServiceNow.
Establish governance, security protocols, and best practices across all enterprise platforms.
Analyze performance metrics and reporting insights from core applications
Manage vendor relationships, focusing on contract negotiation and service delivery tied to Workday and ServiceNow.
Stay current with technology developments specific to these systems and drive innovation.
requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
6+ years of experience in enterprise application management with a strong emphasis on Workday and ServiceNow.
At least 3 years of team leadership experience in a global business setting.
Proven experience managing HR and Finance systems, with a strong preference for Workday and ServiceNow.
Deep understanding of system integration and data migration strategies involving these platforms.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
Vendor management and cross-functional collaboration experience.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance and governance in enterprise systems.
