As we scale, we’re looking for a passionate Community & CRM Manager to help us build deeper connections with our users and guide our next phase of growth.

Your Mission


You’ll own and grow the Jobgether candidate community, making it a space where remote job seekers feel supported, heard, and empowered. You'll also take full ownership of our candidate email experience, from welcome flows to job alerts and application feedback. You’ll be the bridge between our users and our product, making sure we’re building something they truly love.

What You’ll Be Doing

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Community Building

  • Build and manage a thriving online community of remote job seekers (Slack, Discord, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Launch and lead our Ambassador Program: identify and engage passionate users to become brand advocates

  • Organize community events (virtual meetups, AMAs, webinars, etc.)

  • Gather and share insights from the community with the product and growth teams

📬 CRM & Candidate Communication

  • Own all email communication with candidates: onboarding, application status updates, re-engagement, newsletters, etc.

  • Create smart, personalized email flows using our CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Customer.io, etc.)

  • Collaborate with content and product teams to keep messaging aligned and impactful

  • Continuously test and optimize email performance (open rates, CTRs, etc.)

💡 Voice of the Candidate

  • Be the internal champion of our users: gather feedback, surface pain points, suggest improvements

  • Build surveys and feedback loops to understand what remote candidates want and nee

  • Translate insights into actionable product and marketing ideas

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years experience in community management, CRM/email marketing, or a similar role

  • A love for people and building authentic relationships

  • Strong writing and communication skills in English

  • Experience with CRM tools and email automation platforms (Instantly, Hubspot)

  • Data-driven mindset: you test, learn, and iterate

  • A proactive doer who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment

  • Bonus: experience with remote work platforms, job boards, or HR tech
