Create meaningful connections with small and medium-sized businesses and help us deliver a world-class go-to-market experience to prospective customers. You will lead the charge in engaging prospects via inbound and outbound channels, managing a pipeline effectively, and meeting and exceeding sales goals. You will deeply understand our customers, including their decision-making processes, and leverage market insights to shape sales strategies and messaging that resonate with our audience. This role offers a hands-on opportunity during a significant growth phase for Settle, where you’ll help deploy strategic sales initiatives, expand our customer base, and have opportunities for growth and increased responsibility.
This role has an annual starting salary range with OTE of $120,000 - $160,000 + equity + benefits. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to your individual skills and experience.
