    Responsiblities:

    1. User Acquisition:

    • Build go to market and accelerated growth strategies for the US market.
    • Develop and execute comprehensive national marketing strategies tailored to assigned markets
    • Monitor and analyse the performance of acquisition campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to optimise results.
    • Develop and assign growth targets to team members

    2. Management

    • Develop job description and spearheads recruitment for staff to carry out marketing strategy
    • Liaise with HR to support recruiting, interviewing and providing assessment materials
    • Set KPIs and staff development targets and apply performance reviews
    • Organize and assign growth KPIs to managed staff
    • Instill a culture of creativity, data driven decision making and results oriented work ethic

    4. Market Research and Insights:

    • Utilize user and transaction details to assess growth
    • Constantly analyze data to measure impact of marketing activities
    • Leverage data to determine marketing budget investment decisions
    • Propose and manage quarterly marketing budget
    • Prepare and present market performance reports

    5. Product management:

    • Work closely with product team to ensure performance of product is optimal
    • Prioritize product and market fit
    • Ensure an efficient feedback loop between users and product

    Requirements:

    • At least 2 years of work experience, working in fast-paced environments in the capacity where you have honed in your analytical and strategy development skills.
    • Experience carrying out multi-prolonged marketing rollouts that includes ground and community marketing, influencer marketing and CRM.
    • You will be successful if you are entrepreneurial, ambitious, have a good work ethic and you are used to working against targets.
    • Good analytical skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve problems and drive growth.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
    • Fluent in a second language is a plus.
