Your Impact:
We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior HR Business Partner to support our leaders and teams through high growth and transformation. You’ll partner closely with senior leaders to drive people strategies that align with business objectives, foster high performance, and support organizational scale. You’ll be a key advisor, coach, and change agent — helping leaders build strong, engaged, and resilient teams while balancing business needs with employee experience. This role will also manage one HRBP, providing guidance, coaching, and oversight to ensure consistent delivery of HR programs and partnership across the business.

The Senior HR Business Partner will join a growing team of HR professionals committed to scaling our organization thoughtfully and supporting a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
Strategic Business Partnership: Partner with senior leaders to develop HR strategies that align with organizational objectives and drive business performance, while also managing day-to-day HRBP activities and operational needs.
Organizational Design & Change: Collaborate with broader HR team to implement comprehensive organizational design initiatives aligned with business strategy and participate in cross-functional change management efforts.
Talent Strategy: Direct talent assessment, succession planning, performance management, and development initiatives to attract, retain, and develop key talent across assigned business units.
Leadership Advisory: Coach leaders on organizational design, team effectiveness, change management, and building diverse, equitable, and inclusive environments in alignment with Bonterra values.
Employee Relations: Resolve complex issues and conduct thorough investigations when needed, ensuring legal compliance.
Team Leadership: Manage HR Business Partner/s: provide coaching and development to ensure a positive employee experience and successful execution of HR programs, meeting all operational deadlines and day-to-day requirements.
Data-Driven Insights: Use HR analytics to identify and communicate trends and opportunities to enhance engagement, retention and productivity.
Requirements:
Minimum of 8 years in progressive HR roles, with at least 5 years as an HR Business Partner supporting senior leaders.
2+ years of experience in a leadership role.
Proven ability to partner with senior leaders in a matrixed, fast-paced environment (SaaS or tech strongly preferred)
Deep knowledge of HR best practices and employment law
Experience with organizational design, change management, and strategic workforce planning
Strong analytical skills; experience using people metrics to inform decisions
Excellent coaching, consulting, and communication abilities
Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity in a scaling organization
Preferred Skills:
BA/BS in HR, Organizational Psychology, or related field
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR)
Background in PE-backed, high-growth, or M&A-driven environments
Experience working in a global, remote-first or hybrid work environment
Compensation:
The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work. In addition to benefits, this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses/incentives, and equity.
US Base Salary Range: $190,000 - $205,000
