1.Basic Degree completion with Experience in Mortgage Origination
2.Minimum 2 years in Due Diligence and 5 Years Mortgage experience
3.Should be flexible working in night shifts
4.Open to working extended periods/weekends when necessary
5.Computer Skills - comfortable with MS office
6.Good written and oral communications skills in English

Roles and Responsibilities :
1.Knowledge of Loan Origination Cycle- Loan Application, Origination, Due Diligence, Pre-Purchase Review or Underwriting process
2.Knowledge of different types of mortgages and its functioning and ability to read various documents involved in Closing, Funding and Underwriting
3.Good communication skills (Written and Verbal) are required to understand and communicate with the vendors/clients
4.Strong Customer Service Skills, Detail Oriented with good analytical skills and have the ability to make decisions based on the situation
5.Good email etiquette and listening skills
6.Ability to analyze the numbers and reconcile the data if required as per the clients Requirements.
7.Experience with reporting and analysis
8.Ability to handle and accomplish multiple tasks and resolve it and must be a team player
9.Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
10.Should be able to effectively use a computer
