Job Description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant and marketing specialist to join our progressive legal team in managing crucial document processing and organizational systems. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with modern case management technology while providing essential support to a dynamic legal practice. Working remotely, you’ll ensure the smooth flow of information and maintain the highest standards of accuracy in document management, directly contributing to the firm’s operational excellence.


Responsibilities
  • Manage and monitor dedicated email systems with high attention to detail
  • Process and organize incoming documents within our case management system
  • Ensure accurate labeling and categorization of all digital files
  • Review and correct client-submitted documentation
  • Create and maintain detailed financial spreadsheets for case management
  • Execute quality control processes on document organization
  • Maintain efficient digital filing systems following established protocols
  • Generate accurate income analysis reports using provided data
  • Create and manage engaging content across multiple social media platforms
  •  Develop and maintain the company blog, ensuring consistent content delivery
  • Execute targeted email marketing campaigns that drive engagement
  • Propose and implement new marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in digital file organization and management
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently while following established procedures
  • Strong problem-solving skills for document organization challenges
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in professional services
  • Proven track record in social media management and content creation
