Proven experience as a bookkeeper, preferably in a retail environment., Proficiency in QuickBooks and familiarity with Bill.com., Strong attention to detail and accuracy in numerical data., Excellent organizational and time management skills..
Key responsabilities:
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable using QuickBooks.
Perform regular account reconciliations, including credit card reconciliations.
Assist with financial reporting and analysis.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
