Minimum Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a law firm or in-house position.
Proven experience in performing due diligence, including title and survey reviews, lease reviews, lien searches, environmental due diligence, and UCC, judgment, litigation, and lien searches.
Strong work ethic and a desire for professional growth.
Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
Effective relationship management with clients and colleagues.
Member of good standing and licensed in a state bar. Licensed in Florida, Ohio, or Illinois is a plus.
