Position: Team Lead - Engineering

Location of the role: Germany / Spain / Romania (Remote)

As a Team Lead - Engineering at TrustYou, you will be part of our international Engineering team and be located either in Germany, Spain or Romania. You will be responsible for the overall performance and delivery of the team, career, and people development, and visibility and communication with stakeholders.

You will be working closely with the VP of Engineering on developing, managing, and empowering up to 8 engineers for creating a productive, fast-paced, and high-quality delivery engineering culture.

Ensuring the visibility of the team’s activities and smooth communication with all the different stakeholders

Collaborating with team members to establish clear goals and empowering them to achieve successful delivery of their tasks
