We are on the lookout 🕵🏻 for the next organized, research-savvy superstar to join our HKR team as a Junior Lead Generation Associate, working for a US-based luxury interior design client in identifying new prospects and supporting market expansion. 🇺🇸

What you'll be doing?
  • 🔸 Research and identify potential clients in the interior design world through social media, directories, and trade networks.
  • 🔸 Send intro messages via email or text (using pre-approved templates) to pique curiosity and see who's ready to engage.
  • 🔸 Qualify interest and flag hot opportunities for the sales team to follow up on.
  • 🔸 Keep lead data clean, structured, and easy to work with inside the CRM.
  • 🔸 Look into dormant or inactive accounts—see who’s still in the game and who’s moved on.
  • 🔸 Collaborate with sales and marketing to fine-tune outreach strategies and align on the best targets.

  • About you
  • 📬 You’ve got 1–2 years of experience in lead gen, research, admin, or inside sales.
  • 📬 You’re a detective when it comes to online research—nothing gets past you.
  • 📬 Your written communication is clear, friendly, and tailored to the audience.
  • 📬 You live for structure—clean records, neat pipelines, and detailed tracking are your thing.
  • 📬 You’re familiar with tools like CRMs, LinkedIn, and spreadsheets (or quick to learn them).
  • 📬 Bonus if you’re into luxury, design, or interiors—you’ll fit right into the vibe.
