Job description

Customer Service Agent Car Rental (Croatian + English)
Location: Athens, Greece (Remote)
Start Date: 8 May 2025

Join a dynamic and supportive team helping customers with their car rental experienceall from the comfort of your home in Greece!

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM 6:30 PM

  • Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 AM 7:30 PM

  • 40 hours/week (8h/day, 5 days/week)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to customers  in Croatian and English

  • Assist with bookings, account inquiries, and general customer questions

  • Handle complaints with empathy and professionalism

  • Deliver outstanding service and ensure customer satisfaction

Contract Type:

  • Permanent contract

  • 14 salaries per year (12 monthly + 1 for Easter + 1 split between Summer and Christmas)
