Job description

Customer Service Agent Car Rental (Croatian + English)
Location: Athens, Greece (Remote)
Start Date: 8 May 2025

Join a dynamic and supportive team helping customers with their car rental experienceall from the comfort of your home in Greece!

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM 6:30 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 AM 7:30 PM
40 hours/week (8h/day, 5 days/week)

Responsibilities:

Provide support to customers in Croatian and English
Assist with bookings, account inquiries, and general customer questions
Handle complaints with empathy and professionalism
Deliver outstanding service and ensure customer satisfaction

Contract Type:

Permanent contract
