Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location:
Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 2000 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

Were looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the firm's partners with day-to-day operations. This role requires someone proactive, professional, and resourceful, someone who can manage calendars, coordinate logistics, and serve as a key communication bridge within the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage partner calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Act as liaison between partners and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Track key tasks and follow-ups to ensure timely execution.
  • Support operational and administrative projects as needed.
  • Assist with basic graphic content using Canva.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar support role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication.
  • Proficient with Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
  • Comfortable using Airtable.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience working in a law firm or legal environment.
  • Experience supporting leadership in a startup or fast-growing company.
  • Familiarity with basic graphic design in Canva.
