Our client is a performance-focused creative marketing agency founded by a former Meta leader with over a decade of experience in performance marketing and creative strategy. They specialize in building innovative and engaging digital campaigns for leading brands, with a particular focus on social media and performance-driven storytelling. They work across global markets and are known for crafting impactful creative solutions that challenge the norm.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Creative Strategist & Social Media Manager to drive end-to-end social media strategy and execution. This role requires a strong creative mindset and excellent project management skills to lead ideation, content planning, creative production, and campaign optimization across multiple platforms. You will collaborate with clients, designers, and creators to shape bold, performance-focused social content that resonates with audiences.

Work hours: Normal APAC hours (e.g., PH/Singapore time). Ideal candidates should also be open to attending occasional UK-time client meetings when necessary (latest expected is around 3-4 PM UK time / 10-11 PM PH time)

What you’ll do

Social Media Planning:

  • Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly social reports with performance analysis and actionable insights.

  • Plan and schedule posts strategically to optimize reach, engagement, and KPIs across platforms.

  • Monitor and adapt to emerging social trends, platform updates, and audience behaviors.

  • Tailor strategies for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

  • Test and apply new formats and features to boost engagement and effectiveness.

  • Track competitor activity using social listening tools and performance platforms (e.g., Brandwatch).

Creative Execution:

  • Create storyboards and collaborate with designers to produce compelling social media content (static, carousel, video).

  • Write engaging and on-brand social media copy.

  • Collaborate with content creators—from talent sourcing to briefing and managing partnerships.

  • Attend and support occasional content shoots to ensure brand-aligned execution.
