You bring deep experience in cloud infrastructure, automation, and security in regulated environments—ideally healthcare.

Your Responsibilities
  • You design, build, and maintain secure, reliable, and scalable infrastructure platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
  • You collaborate closely with our engineering team (using Django, React Native, and React) to embed security and reliability best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
  • You conduct regular system reliability assessments, security audits, and penetration testing.
  • You manage monitoring systems, incident response, and vulnerability management processes.
  • You ensure adherence to regulatory standards and certifications required under DIGA.
  • You provide technical leadership and guidance on infrastructure, security, and DevOps principles.

Your Profile
  • Proven experience as a Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or a similar role, ideally within healthcare or regulated industries.
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, and related tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, GitHub Actions, Bitrise).
  • Familiarity with security frameworks and regulatory requirements (experience with DIGA strongly preferred, ISO 27001, BSI TR-03161).
  • Expertise in system reliability engineering, security audits, and vulnerability management.
  • Proficiency with cloud platforms (Hetzner Cloud, AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Experience with Python, especially Django, and familiarity with NodeJS/Typescript and React/React Native is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork skills, and a proactive, strategic mindset.
