Job description

Salary: P40,000 – P45,000 (Monthly Package)

ScheduleMonday-Friday (06:00 AM-03:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a finance-related business, completing financial and other administrative tasks.
  • A background in finance, lending, or a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially when working with loan of customers
  • Prior experience with a business operating in Australia or other western countries is preferred, but not essential

Nice to have:

  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, is essential.

What will you do?

  • Prepare customer loan documents for execution via DocuSign
  • Prepare payment files for approval on the online banking platform utilised by the Company
  • Prepare customer Welcome Letters
  • Prepare and issue customer fee invoices
  • Process customer loan variation requests
  • Create new customers ensuring that loans are configured properly and document packs uploaded
  • Process transactions that are required to be done manually (eg convert loans from Interest Only to Principal & Interest, loan variations etc)
  • Update the customer profile as required
  • Manage wholesale customer updates (eg interest rate increases requiring increased monthly repayment)
  • Other duties as required to enable the Company to fulfil its objectives.
